Brian Kelly is the Vice President and Director of Unocal Land & Development Company and Manager of Investment Properties for Unocal, responsible for real estate asset management and development operations. He has served in his current position for the past four years and has been with Unocal for a total of 19 years. Prior to his current assignments, he has managed various Unocal organizations with responsibilities that have included environmental cleanup and technology development, real estate dispute resolution and energy resource process development.

Jim Martinez, Project Manager

Jim Martinez has been an employee at Unocal since 1976, first serving in various analyst and supervisory positions in various divisions of the company. In 1988, Jim moved over to the Unocal Land and Development Company, managing residential projects in Aliso Hills and the City of Brea , including the Brea Amber Hill and the Terrace projects. More recently, Jim managed the East Coyote Hills Master Development in Fullerton , which includes Coyote Hills Golf Course and several single family residential subdivisions, as well as the Fullerton Sports Complex. He was also responsible for Phase I of the Imperial Master Development, another single family residential joint venture with Fieldstone Communities, Inc. Today, Jim will be the project manager for the revitalization of Unocal's property in Brea .

Ted McKibbin, Vice President, Project Development

As Vice President of Standard Pacific's Project Development Team, Ted oversees and manages the implementation of all residential housing developments for Standard Pacific's Orange County Division. He has specific responsibility for the Groups' operational activities, land acquisition, project analysis, and project management
Ted's experience spans a breadth of residential development and management. He has a strong background in entitlement and land planning and has gained in-depth knowledge of urban development through his role as Vice President of Urban Development while at Brookfield Homes Southland. In addition, Ted has extensive experience in developing market-rate residential neighborhoods, and was directly responsible for building, marketing and managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio of homes and lots acquired in 1999 from Catellus Residential Group.
Dana Bieber, Project Manager

As Project Manager, Dana is responsible for managing project related due diligence, entitlement, site planning, budgeting, architectural design development, engineering, project related construction and sales efforts as well as supervising all design consultants for her projects in the Orange County Division of Standard Pacific Homes.
Dana has been in the homebuilding industry in Orange County since 1976, and has extensive experience in the entitlement process in many cities in the county. She has managed the development of single-family and multi-family neighborhoods, both in master planned communities and infill projects. She has been with Standard Pacific for 10 years, and has also held project management positions with Warmington Homes and H. R. Remington Properties.
Ralph Spargo, General Manager

With more than 25 years of real estate development and homebuilding experience, Ralph Spargo has held senior management positions in land and project development, acquisition, planning and project management for leading land developers and homebuilders in Southern California and Hawaii . Mr. Spargo is working with Standard Pacific's Orange County Division on Talega Gallery, Standard Pacific's active adult neighborhood located in the new master-planned community of Talega in San Clemente , CA . He is also was involved in the design and development of Triana, an age-targeted development of 93 units in Northpark Square , Irvine , CA .
A Member of the American Institute of Architects, Mr. Spargo has a bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of California at Berkeley .
